About Me.
In 2020, I moved from Belgium to India to establish a food manufacturing and export business for a Singapore based brand.
Along the way, I dealt with many challenges firsthand. I had to ensure food safety and quality, manage multicultural teams, streamline supply chain operations, navigate local and international regulations, and handle unpredictable stakeholders.
Out of start-up necessity, I cycled through five roles in five years:

With every transition I prepared my successors on short notice to take over. In doing so, I realised I really enjoy supporting others in their projects. This inspired me to start StanleyConsult.
After a lot of trial & error I figured out how to thrive in India, and I'm loving it ever since!
