About Me.

In 2020, I moved from Belgium to India to establish a food manufacturing and export business for a Singapore based brand. 

Along the way, I dealt with many challenges firsthand. I had to ensure food safety and quality, manage multicultural teams, streamline supply chain operations, navigate local and international regulations, and handle unpredictable stakeholders.

Out of start-up necessity, I cycled through five roles in five years:

  • Research & Development

  • Factory design & Setup

  • Product development & Production

  • Quality management

  • Plant management

With every transition I prepared my successors on short notice to take over. In doing so, I realised I really enjoy supporting others in their projects. This inspired me to start StanleyConsult.

After a lot of trial & error I figured out how to thrive in India, and I'm loving it ever since!

 

Since 2025, I’ve been using that experience to support:

  • Food start-ups as they launch

  • Growing businesses as they organise their operations

  • International companies explore local business opportunities
